Faith Practices

We are a church that shares a living, daring confidence in God’s grace, and we are bold in sharing the many stories of how God’s grace and work in the world are changing lives and communities.

We are equally bold in seeking the support and participation of people -- young and old alike -- in drawing together our resources to enable ministries and efforts that serve and love our neighbor in Jesus Christ’s name throughout our community.

Shoaf’s Women’s Ministries International (WMI) is for all women – no matter the age, background or life stage.  As they worship and serve the Lord together, they want every woman to feel loved and accepted for who she is in Christ so that she is transformed and empowered to live out Christ’s love and grace.  They strive to create a passion in each person, to want to grow in faith and demonstrate His love and grace through their lives and relationships.  This is done through encouraging, supporting, praying, and equipping each other in their journey with God.  The WMI desires all women to have the ability to faithfully and fully use their God-given gifts to glorify God.

The WMI also strives to unite all women locally and internationally by stimulating financial support of local missions through special projects, broadening mission awareness, to inspire vision, and recognize social concerns and discipleship.

WMI meets the last Monday of each month, normally around 6:30 pm, within one of the ladies home.  They come together for a night of fellowship, planning special projects, and Bible study.
